Hello,

Your daughter has a large bruise on her inner arm. She has not hurt herself. Bruise in the absence of injury, an unexplained bruising may be a sign of a disease. Blood tests need to be done, get her clinically examined in the ER.

If it is blood clot under the skin then you can apply ointment Thrombophob on the affected area gently, it will help to reduce the bruise. Grape sized lump under the skin may be due to Infections, clogged glands, and hormonal changes. She should not try to remove or pop a lump. Doing this may lead to spreading of infections.

Get her clinically examined and tests done to confirm that it is a non cancerous lump. Her treatment will depend on the pathology detected and diagnosis made. Non cancerous lumps are treated with antibiotics and analgesics. She should take care of her hygiene and wear soft cotton clothes. She should stay away from addictions if any.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
