Suggest Treatment For A Large Blood Clot In The Uterus

I recently had an ultrasound and a large blood clot was said to be in my uterus. I have had lots of very heavy bleeding during my periods. With bad period pain. I also bleed between 7 and 10 days. Also twice a month. In April my period stopped for 3 and a half months. My period finished a week ago yet I have back ache and stomach ache which is worse the more I do or the more I bend. What s causing my symptoms. Thanks in advance.

Most probably it will settle by itself without any definite treatment.

If the size is increasing or in case of active bleeding, surgical correction may be required.
