Suggest Treatment For A Knot In The Penis Painful To The Touch
my penis has a knot at the end of the stem below the head...there is a tightness band around the penis. There is pain to the touch which complicates sexual intercourse. There is no complication during urination. I am otherwise a healthy man of sixty, very physical (farmer).

A painful knot below the head of you penis could either be a local infection or a sexually transmitted infection(STI).You can take pain medication like ibuprofen, see a physician for examination and a probable STI work-up.In the mean time, avoid sexual intercourse since it can only aggravate the local inflammation and cause more pain.
