Suggest Treatment For A Itchy Scar On The Leg

I have an 8 year old scar on my leg from heart bypass surgery. A couple of weeks ago it started itching. I guess I scratched it open during the night and it formed a scab. Now that the scab has fallen off there seems to be a hole in the scar tissue that is weeping a clear fluid. It is literally flowing down my ankle. Any ideas?

thanks for your question dear, use of hydrocortisone cream will help such as Aveeno 1% Hydrocortisone Anti-Itch Cream and Member’s Mark Hydrocortisone Cream. secondly silicone gel brands such as Dermatix, Kelocote, Zeraderm, and ScarAway. i think this will help you out.
