Dear Sirs/Madams, I am a Bangladeshi, aged 65 years. My oral Seagram, on suspiction of cancer has removed a tumor from the palate of my mouth. No symptom of Cancer has however, been observed on biopsy test after the said surgical operation, undertaken before about one year. But, unfortunately, a hole of ( about half an inch) has been developed at the roof of the mouth The hole is not healing as yet. As a result, I can not speak clearly,can not drink liquid ( eating harder or spicy food is almost impossible)with or without spoon. The hole at the mouth is not healing. Despite the fact that rice and spicy food are the principle food of Bangladeshi people; I could never eat rice even for once, for the last more than one year. The surgical cutting surface at the mouth is not being dried., Jelly is being formed and the mouth inside remains wait With sleepy jellies. The attending surgeon’s opinion, about the treatment/ or any visible improvement in treatment, is discouraging. My moments therefore, are passing most measurably. Besides this hole healing problem, I have been suffering from the following problem, associated with allergenic problem: Before about two years, I was attacked by brain hemorrhage and since than my left side of the body, including left arm, joints and left heap’ has become weak( partly paralyzed). Therefore, I can not walk or move without the help of wheel chair or any body’s assistance.. The left arm of the body, including the heap with adjacent joints and back of the body, have got some pain. I expect some comfort before leaving this world and therefore, solicit any body’s kind assistance, proper advice and suitable guidance for any sorts of relieves. Practically, I am a neglected person and need settlement, treatment and lively hood assistance for the moment up to death. Learning that you are taking care for the settlement of such distressed people, I very hope fully urge upon your management to please arrange some provision for my settlement on humanitarian ground. I do not have a Passport even. If your assistance is confined to rendering assistance to your own citizen only; I shall feel obliged at your referring my case to any other charitable or helping organization of your reach.
