Suggest Treatment For A Hard Lump On The Labia Majora

Hello! I have one hard lump on my labia that s about the size of a small gumball. There s been some slight itching and pain, but I don t notice it until I use the bathroom. It s the same color as the rest of the area and their is no white head or hair follical anywhere near it. Could this be a type of cyst? I am sexually active but both my partner and I are clean. This has been going on for about a week. The day before I noticed it, there was a stinginf sensation in the area like I was being bitten, but when I checked, there were no insects.

General Surgeon 's  Response
hi.

noted history of vaginal lump over labia majora. based from your description, it may be a cystic formation. it is best if you consult with a doctor, preferably a gynecologist, for physical examination and clinical evaluation. diagnostics and management (medical and/or surgical if indications are found) will be directed accordingly.

hope this helps.

good day!!
