Hi, I am a 29 year old woman having a skin outgrowth into a bulge structure where bra straps lie in the side of my torso.It does not pain. So, I ignored it .but I think it is increasing in size.Sometimes, I feel a nerve going through twitch es.Please suggest What is it.

Only a physical examination can determine the exact cause, but as a short time/temporary solution you could start using bras which have straps that can be pulled way lower or the sports bra type which can go way higher. This may provide you with some amount of relief until you can get physically examined.
