Suggest Treatment For A Fracture In The Jaw

One side of my tongue is swollen i have creamy lookin spots on the inside of my cheek my jaw constantly clicks and is quite sore,i broke my jaw 10yrs ago and was wired up for months,im not sure if its got another fracture in it.i also have lumps on one side as if ive been biting my cheek which i cant recall doin,i visited my doctor and he said it was with using cordosol mouthwash too much please help .

As you have mentioned in the history that you have creamy looking spot in your cheek,therefore can you please let me know since when do you have this lesion?
Do you have tongue swelling on the same side?

Have you noticed enlarged gland underneath your jaw on the affected side.

Please let me know these details to answer better.Meanwhile please discontinue usage of mouth wash temporarily.you can use warm saline water presently.

Also start with vitamin Bcomplex for 15 days and look for changes.
