Suggest Treatment For A Dime Size Bruise On Spine

Hello,
My 2 year old daughter Maya has had a bruise in the middle of her spine for about as long as I can remember. I'm not sure what could be the culprit. she gets vitamins every day as well as probiotics, D supplement, and zinc for her immune system.

What should I do? It's just a small dime size (or smaller) bruise that won't go away. Same place...
