Suggest Treatment For A Cyst Appearing On The Stomach

I had a second c section 7 months ago. Everything was fine, healed great. About a week ago, I started having some mild pain where the two scars met on my right side. It started swelling more each day & becoming more painful. Then, 2 days ago, the "knot" under the skin was about the size of a small grape. I pulled up on my stomach to see it better & the cyst exploded. Pus & blood literally shot onto my bathroom wall. Nasty. So I continued to push on the area around the hole & a ton of pus came out. It feels better now, but am unsure if I need to get it looked at by a doctor. Could the scar be infected this long after surgery?

Hi, i do care for your concern.
Your history suggest of infected abscess.
although there is a little chance of scar getting infected, it may be due to general skin infection also.
i would suggest
to start on antibiotics i.e cephalosporins and continue for full course of one week along with antacid.
Consult your physician to know whether dressing of wound is necessary to prevent re infection.
