Suggest Treatment For A Cancerous Lump Near The Collar Bone
I had breast cancer which was left under armpit two years ago. I had complet chimo treadment two years ago. Now i have small lump near collar bone comes out and had biosy. The result show cancer. My question is , is it can spread other organs after take out the lump. Which treadment is best for this?

If this is cancer that metastasized from breast then this is already spread and it should be removed in every case, however there is possiblity that other metastases exist. SO you need to do PET scan for better identification of metastases. ALso, repeated chemotherapy is definitely recommended. I hope I have answered you query.
