Suggest Treatment For A Bump On The Thigh

Sir, i am not sure if i have bump or pimple or any other thing between my thighs. It is not painful neither itchies or anything. Just seems a peace of body outside actual skin.. I also have its picture. Sir, I m afraid if there is some serious danger. Kindly tell me what should i do now

You have problem of lesion at thigh region....

You don't mention a size , color and extend of that lesion..
Give proper history about lesion...

Any fungal infection may cause itching lesion....
Consent a physician for further diagnosis.
Proper history and physical examination give exact idea about lesion. .
