Suggest Treatment For A Bright Red Spot On Lower Leg Muscle
My 25 yr old son has a bright red spot on his inside calf muscle. It s hot to touch and has a hard knot under skin. Started out a little over a week ago about the size of a quarter now it s the size of 50 cent pic or larger. Doesn t apear to have a rash with bumps. Just red in color. Doesn t have a head on it like a bump nor a spider bite.

I really appreciate your concern, looking to the history given here it can be said that such skin lesion could be due to some fungal infection and it could be ring infection in my opinion it can be well managed with "Tab Terbinafine cream" apply this three times in day hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
