Suggest treatment for a bee sting

i got stung by a yellow and black bee. I tried to use home things to get the stinger out I used smooth side of the butter knife, tip of a credit card, finger nail file, and ice. nothing seemed to work. But about 20 minutes of trying these things nothing worked. so I went and found someone with a cigarette and used the tobacco from the cigarette and wet it and put it on the bee sting with a bandage. after about 30 minutes I noticed the pain was still going on. it is still swollen and not it is starting to bruise. can you help me with why I still have pain and swelling.

Thanks for posting in HCM.
Bee sting what has happened for you seems to have gone in for infection phase following local inflammatory reaction. Kindly do the following now so that the injury would heal.
1. Wash the wound site with mild antiseptic like Savlon twice a day.
2. Take Tablet. Loratidine once a day for 5 days to control allergic reactions like itching.
3. Take Tablet. Ampicillin with Clavaluneic acid twice a day for 5 days to take care of infection.
4. Take Tablet. Ibuprofen with Paracetamol combination twice a day for 5 days after food to reduce inflammation.
5. Apply ice packs on the wound in case you have swelling.
6. Take care of the wound to keep it clean and dry.
Hope the information provided is clear.
All the best.
