Hello,

Usually simple Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) is associated with burning micturition, frequency, occasional bleeding when severe infection with or without fever.

Kidney stone will present with more of loin, groin pain, nausea, vomiting, dysuria, bleeding to variable extent depending upon the stone location. Ultrasound examination is Confirmatory.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
