Suggest Treatment For UTI Issues

I have been on Nitrofurantoin mono/mac -100mg for about 5 days now and have just started developing symptoms of a UTI. I feel like I have to pee all the time when I dont and it burns. Friday I had a Stent removed that was placed when I had surgery for a kidney stone... what should I do?? ps, I cant drink cranberry juice, Im allergic

As per my clinical experience, this is a urinary infection, not controlling with Nitrofurantoin drug.

In our clinic, we recommend undertaking a urine culture report and antibiotic in accordance with that for best recovery.
