Hello
Thanks for query .
You have not mentioned your age and gender in your query .Hence I am posting my answer assuming that you are male

The problem of frequent urination ,painful urination with repeated episodes of UTI is most likely secondary to obstruction to outflow of urine and it is vital important to find out the basic cause for getting repeated episodes of UTI rather than taking antibiotics .

If you are young below 50 years of age it could be due to narrowing of urethra (Stricture Urethra.)

If you are above 60 it is likely to be due to enlarged prostate.

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis with post void urine residue .
3) Serum PSA.
4) Retrograde Cysto Urothrogram .

In the mean while continue taking antibiotics as per culture report.

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.
