Suggest Treatment For UTI, Constipation And High Fever

Hi my hubby had severe abdominal cramping and high fever followed by constipation for 2 days. He felt fine and 3 days later is complaining about a urinary tract infection painful kidneys needing to poo but cant and has a slight temperature. He is addicted to painkillers, smokes too much and drinks 3 whiskys eveery night and loads of softdrinks like coke and hardley eats

He needs to take antibiotics for uti and maybe pyelonefritis but which antibiotics to take needs to be determined by uroculture.
Try lactulose for constipation.
Use norco to relive pain since addicted to painkillers.
