Suggest Treatment For UTI, Back Pain And Nausea

I was diagnosed with a UTI last week. I received Macrobid for the infection to be taken twice a day (100 mg). I went out of town last weekend and failed to take it as prescribed, missing several doses. I am still on it, but again, have missed many of the doses, often only taking one per day instead of the prescribed two. I have not been feeling well over the past few days. I feel feverish and exhausted. I do have signs of allergies with sniffling and burning eyes, etc. But the nausea is getting pretty bad now. To the point I have had to fight back getting sick a few times. I have cramping in my lower abdomen and have for days along with random heart burn (which I never get), but figured this was from the UTI. I have had on and off again lower back pain but just on one side and I do have back trouble so thats not necessarily shocking. The urgency and not voided my bladder got better at first but seems to be regressing over the past two days. I would say the nausea and feeling ill is worst part right now. Do I need to go back to the doctor or an urgent care, or just continue my macrobid for the next two days? Still have two days of pills left. Im just concerned of a kidney infection.

u can take the full course of macrobid as prescribed ( not just the remaining pills) and paracetamol 500 BD with ranitidine 150mg BD, both for three days, drink lots of water ad if the fever and pain do not subside then meet the doctor for urine analysis
