Hi, Thanks for asking. Based on your query, my opinion is as follows. 1. Recurrent Urinary tract infection along with yeast infection, suggests possibly reduced immunity. 2. However, resistant infections requires evaluation. Get urine culture and sensitivity to identify appropriate antibiotic. Similarly pap smear and identification of organism with sensitivity tests necessary. Based on this, appropriate antibiotic and antifungal therapy necessary. Duration needs to be much longer. 3. If infection still persists in urinary tract, pyelogram maybe necessary for evaluation of structural abnormalities. Treatment for longer duration with appropriate antibiotics is necessary. Also take plenty of water and cranberry juice. More details and investigation reports, necessary for further opinion. Hope it helps. Any further queries, happy to help again.
