Suggest Treatment For RBBB

My 12yr old has RBBB, with family history of unexplained heart attacks (one uncle at 34yrs, one uncle at 40) is there anything more we should be doing other then put it out of our minds, it s nothing to worry about ? I am worried and prefer to be proactive

based on what you said, it is recommended to do ECG annually to look for any progression along with paediatric cardiologist consultation.
other than that, not to be worried
