Hello and welcome to HCM,
Poly-cystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) is characterised deranged hormones (low estrogen, high testosterone, high LH:FSH ratio) and absence of ovulation.
Stress is not a causative factor for PCOS.
PCOS is caused by hormonal imbalance.
PCOS is a treatable disease.
You need to consult your gynecologist for clinical assessment, relevant investigations and thus management.
A follicular scan and levels of blood hormones is required for diagnosing the condition.
Depending on the level of hormones, further treatment can be planned.

Thanks and take care
