Suggest Treatment For Memory Loss

hi, i am facing trouble while remembering talks and events happening. moreover its taking a lot of time to digest new things I am studying.. my reaction time seems to be increasing drastically.. i tend to forget things that I have already done.. I am unable to figure out subtle emotional signs and reactions..

After reading your post, I would like to advise that you should go for yoga and meditation for relief from your symptoms.

A relaxed mind improves memory. So, try to be tension free.

Regular morning exercise in fresh air also help in improving memory.

Foods like almonds and walnuts also help in improving memory.

I would also suggest that you should get at least 7 - 8 hours sleep in night.
