I went to the er for a sever IBS attack and since it has been difficult to pass gas and having an bowl movement is so painful. I have sever tenderness around my belly button and upper belly. I feel like inhabe been punched in the stomach. It hurts to touch or push and when I have to pee ita super bad. The er did an MRI and showed nothing. When I drink I feel it doesn t go down right away and sometimes backs up.
