Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries

I can understand your problem. The symptoms like inability to sleep while someone is there in room or feelings like some one would kill you etc can be occurring due to some anxiety disorder. A lot of individuals have fear and anticipatory anxiety that someone would kill them. This anxiety results in poor sleep. In my opinion you should consult a psychiatrist for proper treatment and evaluation. Medicines like Benzodiazepines can help in sleeping and will relieve your stress. The medicines should be used on SOS basis only. For persistent recurrent anxiety medicines like SSRIs can help. Paroxetine, Sertraline can help in anxiety as well as help in good sleep. Visit a psychiatrist for detailed prescription of these drugs.

Thanks, Hope this helps you. Take care
