Hello and welcome to HCM,
Infections of urinary tract can reach the reproductive tract and vice versa since the final pathway of urinary tract and reproductive tract is common.
Yellow colored semen could be due to presence of pus cells which are elevated in case of infection.
Burning of urethra is also an indication of infection.
I suggest you to get semen analysis and a repeat urine test.
If pus cells and bacteria are detected in both or one of the specimens, culture needs to be done.
There is possibility of detecting pus cells in semen sample.
If pus cells are detected in semen, culture should be send.
If culture turns out to be positive, drug sensitivity should be done.

Thanks and take care
