Suggest Treatment For DNS And GERD

Sir,I've been diagnosed for Deviated Nasal Septum(DNS) for 3 years and simulatenously for Gastro Esophageal Reflux Disease(GERD) for around same period of time.4 years back i suddenly have difficulty in breathing and thereafter couldn't be able to do my daily activities nicely.then a year after i was diagnosed as both.n last year i even had septoplasty.but there was no improvement even the year after n it has got worsen again.my nose is being stuffed all the time.because of this problem i even can't drink water properly.i have to take a sip ,hold for sometime then only been able to drink so.same thing goes for the solid food.what are your suggestions.what should i need to do?do i need to get operated again?

GERD could cause such symptoms, its advised to refer to a gastroenterologist a barium swallowing study would be beneficial, an endoscopy has a stronger diagnostic value.
The septoplasty redoing will not solve the difficulty in swallowing problem since the issue now is more with the esophagus.
