Suggest Treatment For Chiari Malformation

I HAVE CHIARI MALFORMATION AND IT HAS NOT PROGRESSED IN THE LAST 5 YRS. THE LAST 2 WEEKS MY RT EYE HAS STARTED TWITCHING, HEADACHES ARE WORSE, VERY TIRED, AND MY VISION SEEMS TO BE GOING ALONG WITH MY HEARING. cOULD THIS BE SOMETHING ELSE OR MY cHIARI'S GETTING WORSE?

It probably is not related to your Chiari.

The nerves to your eyelid and eye, along with vision and hearing are not classic symptoms of the Chiari.

Headaches could be related, and while it is unlikely that a Chiari will get worse, you can discuss with your doctor to see if another MRI is warranted.
