General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms seem to be related to Bartholini cyst.

I I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the pain.

I also suggest sitz bath several times a day for three or four days may help a small, infected cyst to rupture and drain on its own.

If the symptoms continue, I suggest using a cycle of antibiotics.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
