General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear,
Understand your concern.
I think you should go for endoscopic resection and do biopsy, if it is high grade dysplasia, it has high risk of cancer.

But you should try following medication, that also prevent risk of cancer
1. Proton pump inhibitor
2. NSAIDS: Aspirin
3. Propanolol
4. If not responds:
Laser surgery
Phodynaemic surgery
Avoid large meal.
Avoid oily, spicy and fatty food.
Do not sleep after meal.
Make angle of 45 degree while sleeping (Head rise position)

Hope this may help you.
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
