Suggest Treatment For Ascites And Abdominal Pain

My brother has been suffering fron ascite with abdominal pain and swelling of both legs. Now he is admitted in RR hospital,Delhi. Ultrasonography, MRI and other tests shows no abnormality in liver and pancreaus. Kindly suggest what to do. We are in hopeless condition.
