Suggest Treatment And Exercise To Strengthen The Shoulder

Sir,I am XXXX,35 year old male from YYYY. I had 2 major subluxation on my left shoulder within 5 years interval. The Latest was 8th sept 2011 (4 days before).now taking rest with a sling. Sir any permanent solution for this other than operation? I can’t bear the pain during the time of subluxation. At that time hand becomes tight and stiff in a wider position. But no separation between shoulder and hand. What kind of exercise should I do for strengthening the shoulder ligaments?.

Hello,

Recurrent subluxation can best be treated surgically. Physiotherapy can only help to some extent. You can consult a proficient physiotherapist for the specific exercises.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
