Suggest Treatment And Diet For Loose Motion Of 4 Month Baby

my 4 month and 20 days old baby is suffering from loose motion. he passes stool almost after every feeder. plz help me what to do also tell me can i give him farleys biscuits. someone told me to add 1/4th biscuit in his feeder once a day. plz guide me his proper diet now.
