Suggest Treatment After Analyzing The Blood Test Report

Helo Doctor,
I am Medical Lab Technician, from Punjab India. I am 26years, 5.7" hight, 60kg weight. I have dectected in my blood test's, My :-
Heamoglobin 14 gm%, TLC 7200/cu mm, DLC N62 L35 M1 E2, Blood Sugar (R) 110mg/dl, B.Urea 31mg/dl, S Uric Acid 6.9mg/dl, S Cholesterol 217mg/dl, HDL 60mg/dl, Triglycerides 175mg/dl, Widal TO & TH 1:320 AH & BH Negative, and also Typhoid IgG Positive / IgM Negative.
I have headache 4-5 time in a week & some time pain in chest around heart, & weakness.
So please advise me for good treatment and medicines. My E-mail YYYY@YYYY .

Hi your report are normal except typhoid. O and h antigen titte os higher. your lg g id positive and lgm is negative so you don't have acute problem. You have chronic infection. it may be due to infection or vaccination or may be due to subclinical infection. so if you have symptoms of typhoid like fever, abdominal pain etc then uou should take treatment accordingly. snd for chest pain you should consult physician once.and go for ecg once.
