Suggest Treatemnt For Small Lump In The Anal Canal

Hi. I think i have a small lump inside my anus but its not felt by touching now. Not long time ago, I can feel it in he left side, suddenly it was gone. I think the lump was still there and just went to other area of my anus. Now I am experiencing lower back pain and aching in my left side of my body. Is it dangerous that can be turn into serious sickness?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to internal haemorrhoids. It should be examined by a general surgeon or gastroenterologist to rule out this. Digital examination and Proctoscopy might be needed for this also. If it is hemorrhoids then nothing to worry and can be treated by diet which is high in fiber, stool softeners and taking more plain water.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
