Hello
Laboratory diagnosis of HIV infection depends on the demonstration of anti-HIV antibodies and/or the detection of HIV or once of its components.
The standard screening test for HIV infection is the detection of anti HIV antibodies antibodies using an enzyme immunoassay ( EIA).The test is highly sensitive (99.5%) and quite specific ( as your ELISA TEST) Most commercial EIA kits are able to detect antibodies to both HIV I & HIV II. Antibodies to HIV begin to appear within 2 weeks of initial infection ( primary contract ) and the development of detectable antibodies is rarely more than 3 months .
It means after 2 weeks of primary contract you can get the test and not later than 3 months .
In your case all parameters are relevant so report is also accurate.
No need of any further test .
Hope this will help you.
