You had anxiety disorder and you were successfully treated with it. Again after marriage you have started developing symptoms like disturbing thoughts, palpitations etc. Anxiety disorders can reoccurs again and proper treatment is needed to prevent progression. I would advise you to try relaxation exercises like yoga, meditation at home. Both of these will help to keep your mind relaxed. Progressive muscles relaxation and breathing exercises along with behaviour therapy has excellent results in anxiety. Consult a psychologist for proper treatment.
Medicines like SSRIs as Fluoxetine, paroxetine, sertraline etc have good results in anxiety disorder. If anxiety is not so severe then medicines like Propranolol, Clonazepam, etizolam can help to keep yourself relaxed on SOS basis. Consult a psychiatrist for prescription of drugs.
Thanks, hope this helps you
