Suggest Therapy For Lupus

i am wife is having lupus from the past one year. Right now, she is on herbal medication and she stopped her conventional treatment 3 months back. She does not have any fevers now. She has some occasional joint pains, but is able to do daily activities without much difficulty. She is having very had hairfall now? Does this mean, her lupus is still not in remission?
