Well a lacunar stroke is a stroke due to the involvement of small blood vessels. I have read a couple of publications suggesting that marijuana leads to abnormalities in small blood vessel circulation.
However to draw conclusions are needed quality large scale studies and to my knowledge there isn't a really confirmed association like there is for high blood pressure, diabetes, hyperlipidemia etc. For that matter your age is a definite risk factor as well. So I wouldn't point the finger towards marijuana really.
