Suggest Therapy For Excessive Stress & Anxiety

Hi, I am 36 and have been under lots of stress for the past few years, also have just realized I have some food allergies and am feeling better in alot of ways, even less anxiety. But for about uears I have noticed that when I get hot, even open the over door can trigger it. I will get a pain in my left side of chest breast, that lasts for a second. And it comes and goes till I am cool. I notice it more when moving around (when Im hot) Only happens whe I am hot or something hot touches my chest, even a splash of hot water on my left breast will sometimes trigger this, then I get a funny feeling in my chest and even stomach for a about 10 minutes or so afterward. Its the stangest thing! Any advice or anfo? Thanks so much (also went to the hosp. once with this plus had dizziness while taking a walk, almost passed out, they sad tests were normal...)

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. Anxiety is fear of something which may or may not be true or may or may not happen in the future. Anxiety is known to produce so many weird symptoms which has no physiological back up. They tend to be just obsessive. Such a fear is carried by everyone in the world. But everyone do know they have no control over such future events and therefore it is futile to think and worry about them. Secondly, nobody has enough time to think about it. Thirdly everyone are busy living, there is no other alternative except living properly.

You should know that these problems are not mental diseases, but are mental disorders. Many researches and researchers confirm that medicines alone cannot cure mental disorders. Exercise, Life style changes, change in thinking pattern, relaxation etc are as essential as medicines. Psychotherapy can help you changing your lifestyle and thinking patterns. Yoga and meditation help you to streamline your metabolism and neurological balance. Please consult a psychologist for further information.

Psychotherapy techniques should suit your requirement. If you require more of my help in this aspect, Please post a direct question to me in this URL. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Make sure that you include every minute details possible. I shall prescribe the needed psychotherapy techniques.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
