Suggest Therapy For Depression & Numbness In The Limbs

Hi just want some advice as I m very concerned . I am 30 years old female, 6ft tall and slightly overweight. I do not drink alcohol or smoke and eat fairly healthy. In 2005 at the age of 21 I started randomly with attacks of vertigo.up until this point I d been really healthy physically but suffered with depression and anxiety. Four years later in 2009, I started experiencing numbness and severe tingling in my hands and feet. As well as shooting, nerve pain and visual disturbances in the form of lots of floaters and flyers in my eyes. I was referred to a Neurologist who ordered an MRI on my brain and lower back and both scan results came back clear. I also saw an optician who inspected my eyes and found nothing wrong. These symptoms continued for the next four years with good and bad periods, meaning some months they d be better then I d have other periods of relapse. For these four years I took amitripyline which helped a little bit and I managed to live my life as normal. The vertigo still came and went too but I just managed to deal with it. In September 2013 , a year ago. Things really changed for the worst. I started with a severe numb feeling all over my body , even in my head and especially down my left side. My left arm, left leg, left side of head and particularly my left foot all feel really numb. I can move every part of my body but the sensation feels not right at all. I also experience a sporadic stabbing / shooting pain in my left jaw, my left side of my chest and a severe nerve pain down my left arm. All these symptoms get worse when I exert myself or exercise. In addition to this I have a very bizarre numb feeling in my entire chest, as well as laboured breathing and a crushing pressure at the bottom of my sternum. And when I try to breathe fully out its like a very tight band is tied around the top of my ribs. My legs are extremely weak and shaky on a constant basis and it s getting to the point where I can no longer walk anymore as my legs keep giving way . I also have twitching in my legs and bottom and I can see areas of muscle wastage. I also am extremely dizzy and lightheaded( in addition to the vertigo) upon standing and the visual disturbances are getting worse as is the vertigo. My balance is terrible and even standing is hard as i feel like I m always about to fall over. I also experience weird sensations, as if I m coming out if my body , I. Not in my body, everything is a dream, and i constantly have extreme de- personalisation. I also have recently started with seizures, not convulsions but periods where I go into a trance and all my nerves tingle or go numb and I get the shakes. I had another Brain and Neck MRI done in May and again it came back okay. My bowel , bladder and periods are all working as normal. But I m extremely worried about the cause of the other symptoms and am concerned I will end up in a wheelchair. I have had an under active thyroid for 9 years but it is all controlled okay and recent blood tests indicate that my thyroid levels are perfect. I ve had many ECG,s , blood pressure checks, 24 hour heart monitor and they ve all come back normal. My depression and anxiety are under control also and I feel in a very happy place in my life apart from these health problems. I have constant aching pain in my neck and lower back but never experience headaches or migraines. I have also started with cramps in both my calves. Any idea what might be causing these symptoms??? I m desperate for answers :(
