Suggest Therapy For Anxiety

My Sister suffers from anxiety and somewhat depression. She was vey lively and very very energetic some months back, but after getting a promotion, the things have a bit changed for him.She went to UK on behalf of his company and there he was extremely well.He did not have problems at all.But after coming back he feels somewhat like that.I think since there was no problem there, it may be an external environment issue

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. Anxiety is fear of something which may or may not be true or may or may not happen in the future. Such a fear is carried by everyone in the world. But everyone do know they have no control over such future events and therefore it is futile to think and worry about them. Secondly, nobody has enough time to think about it. Thirdly everyone are busy living, there is no other alternative except living properly.

But in your sister's case, it seems that she is disappointed about something. Disappointment which arises out of unforeseen life events do bring such symptoms like sadness, irritation, anger, lethargy, lack of interest, lack of appetite etc. Please understand this fact and make sure to introspect. Talking to your friends, out door activities and being creative should give you relief. Find the reason for your disappointment and consult a psychologist if need be.

Psychotherapy techniques should suit your requirement. If you require more of my help in this aspect, Please post a direct question to me in this URL. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Make sure that you include every minute details possible. I shall prescribe the needed psychotherapy techniques.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
