Good evening doctor,
Iam Miss Jacquiline Ignatius(30) mailing from Kerala. On 18/10/10, i made a self examination(w/out Dr.'s prescription) for certain tests. Though it shows a normal result, i am facing tensions(personal circumstances) I am having loss, headache unbearable, last month my menustration lasted for 2 days only. Iam frustrated and unstable. Iam having skin allergy too (some blistered rashes on my hands. My blood Hb shows 11.5%. Lipid profile (Fasting), Total cholestrol -142mg/dl, Triglycerides - 94mg/dl , HDL Cholestrol (Direct) - 51md/dl LDL Cholestrol - 72 mg/dl, VLDL 19.
I feel nervous sometimes and just recently i had fever but not so serious. I have memory problems. The main psychological reason is that i lost my parents (My Dad passed when i was just 1and 1/2 yr old and my Mom last year. I have one elder brother(married) and two elder sisters(employed abroad). Iam unemployed for the past 3 years bcoz i was responsible to look after my mom who was a cardiac patient.
I need to know what further health examinations i must undergo.

I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. I can understand you. Your symptoms seems to be due to health related anxiety, popularly called hypochondriasis. Health anxiety can produce weird symptoms along your body which may not have any scientific explanation. You should be aware that your symptoms are clearly due to anxiety and obsession. Hopefully you have got yourself medically checked and I don't see anything wrong with the results. Be assured. Exercise, yoga, meditationand psychotherapy shouldd be practiced along with medication for streamlining thinking process and life style. Cure is sure.
