Suggest Therapy For Anxiety Attack

I had one anxiety attack and ever since I feel like I am not in control of my body. I have fluid in my ears which is causing sinus pressure and roaring sound in my ears and dizziness, that the doctor confirmed, even did blood work and everything was perfect. But I just want to know I am ok, I am only 26 and trying to get pregnant. I feel if this attack never happened then I would be fine. And it happened because I was dehydrated. Ran 13 miles in two days and maybe drank 10 ounces of water!

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. Please do understand your anxiety. You know the basic reasons for your anxiety. You have fluid in your ears and you were dehydrated. You had a bout of tiredness and stress. Body defended it by providing you with anxiety. that is body's reflex action to keep your body running. Faster heart beat, sweating, panting etc.

This does not mean that you get the same symptoms again and again. That was just a reaction. If you do the same thing again and again it might happen again. But you are not going to do that again. do you?

Now be calm and forget those episodes. Get treatment for fluid problem and be happy. Please do not obsess with your health related problems.

If you require more of my help in this aspect, please use this URL. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Make sure that you include every minute details possible.

Good luck.
