Suggest Therapy For A Hormonal Problem

Hello, I am housebound / bedridden from serious ME/CFS, and have been for many years now. I am a 35 year old male, and the last few times I have tried to go into a Drs office, I have fainted from the exhaustion of the trip. So now, I am having some issues that are worrying me a lot. --Especially because I cannot leave my house. I am not sexual with anyone except for one very faithful partner who lives with me, and I know that this is not an STD situation. …I am having troubles with my anal area and my bowel movements. My concern is that I have gotten these few little bumps around the anal opening. They have not gone way, and in fact, I found a different sort of bump that seems to be coming from the inside. It looks like a hemorrhoid, though because it is near the area of the other tiny bumps, I am feeling worried. I am also worried because my stools are sometimes coming out as flat. I also thought that I had a parasitic worm last year because I started having odd stringy components in the bowl when I have a bowel movement. I can submit photos of my tiny bumps if needed. .. But do you have any ideas on this? I have heard everything from Irritable Bowel Syndrome to cancer as possibilities. I tend to try to just stay calm and live through these things until they pass. I am extremely careful with what I eat; 90% organic, non-processed, lower carb, lower fat, lots of water etc etc. ... Oddly, I have been more physically active recently than I was a few years ago, but I am gaining so much weight now!!! Despite all of this, I have gained over eighty pounds in the last couple years. I have a hormone imbalance issues that I am trying to work out.... I am trying to tell you as much as possible just in case there is a connection to the problem. (I was also diagnosed with chronic prostatitis.) My main concern is the odd little bumps on my anal area. Any thoughts?? Please?? THANK YOU for your help! It is deeply appreciated!! Patrick

Hello,
I will suggest you to take good control of what ever you eating because of limited mobility the calories consumption is at its minimum. These red little bumps can be simply a rash related to your bed bound status or a mild rash related to your fecal incontinence, nothing serious. Just keep hygiene of your anal area up to the mark by either using wet mops or by washing with Luke warm water. That somethings which are coming out from inside needs a real concern as it seems to be hemorrhoids. You need to physically visit doctor or a general surgeon if you can get an appointment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
