Suggest The Type Of Lens To Opt For Cataracts Surgery

I am 80 yrs. old have cataracts, have insurance supplement to Medicare; but would like the crystalens HD or crystalens AO, or also read there is a 6th generation crystalens, which would you recommend? I once was told that I did have astigmatism but during my last visit now to confirm that I did have cataracts (Opthalmologist did not mention it. Which lens would you recommend and what approximate costs would I incur?
