Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. Generally, growth of long bones is complete by 20 years as the growing end of the long bones would have fused completely. If you are under 20 years, depending on your age, you may grow another 2 to 4 inches tall provided you supplement by eating healthy diet rich in proteins, essential vitamins and minerals. Also exercise like skipping and swimming would help in this process. Otherwise, there are no medications or compounds which would help to achieve it. You can undergo increase in height by 2 to 4 inches by means of surgical procedure on bones of lower limbs called Ilizarov technique . However, it requires good experience of an Orthopedics Surgeon to perform this operation and would take about an year to appreciate the results. Hope the information provided would be useful.
