My mother was admitted in a hospital for a prescription call metalozone because of fluid bill up She was only to take three pills they gave five and she in the hospital because of it with alkalosis. Lab work indicated high chloride. An elevated bicarbonates. She was diagnose with COPED ALL SHE DOES IS SLEEP NEED HELP EXPLAIN?

hi..metolazone is given once a day..
it is available in 2.5 , 5 and 10 mg tablets..
it taken with food to avoid gastric upset.
if u dont want to disturb your sleep then dose must be taken atleast or before 6 PM.
plzz take medicine always under guidence of doctor..to see risk benefit ratio..
