Suggest The Dosage Of Lorazepam And Temazepam
I have just beed prescribed LORAZEMPAM 1 MG AND TEMAZEPAM 15 MG TO HELP ME STAY A SLEEP. The bottle says take 1 Lorazepam 1 MG ever 6 houes.The TEMAZAPAM SAYS TAKE 1 AT BEDTIME AS NEED ED FOR SLEEP. Took them 4 hours ago and I am awake again. It has only been 4 hours, Can I go ahead and take another dose so I can get back to sleep.

I think you better take another tablet now. Next time you better take two tables before sleep in order not to wake up in the middle of the night. Also, try to have good sleep hygiene.
Don't sleep or Naproxen during the day. Don't rest at the bedroom during the day.
