Suggest The Dosage Of Hydromorphone
My sister is at the last stage of her life, what is the effective dose of hydromophine that can help her to relieve her pain but at least keep her a little bit alert? Right now, the nurse with the hospice recommended 0.25 ml of 5 mg/ml, every 2 hours as needed. What do you think?
